Our shipping rates are based upon the amount of your purchases:
0 to $24.99 = $7.99
$25.00 to $49.99 = $9.99
$50.00 to $99.99 = $12.99
$100.00 to $149.99 = $15.99
$150.00 to $249.99 = $18.99
Over $250.00 = FREE Shipping
Shipping: Free shipping applies to US orders ONLY! Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada will cost extra. All orders are shipped within 1 – 3 business days from time of purchase. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for your item to arrive. Items are shipped via UPS. No PO Boxes please!
If an item is not currently in stock, we will contact you with the approximate delivery date, or substitution options.
General Merchandise Returns: (See separate return policy for saddles)
Returns are accepted within 21 days from date of purchase for an exchange, store credit or a refund with a 20% restocking fee. Items must have a RA# before they can be returned, boxes without a RA# will be refused. Please call us to receive your RA# and then return the UNUSED item in its original packaging and in NEW condition with your original receipt. We don’t accept any items that have been used. Returns will NOT be accepted after the 21 days limit (no exceptions). Shipping charges are nonrefundable and if you had free shipping to you that will be subtracted from your refund. Freight charges will also apply for your exchange.
Please allow 7 – 10 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
Adjustments to credit cards will be seen within two credit card statements.
Saddle Returns: Saddles maybe returned within 15 days from date of purchase for an exchange, store credit or a 15% restocking fee. Saddles are also required to meet all of the above Merchandise Return Policies before they are accepted. Saddles must be packaged in original box, insured and UPS shipped to our address. Saddles will NOT be accepted after the 15 days limit (no exceptions).
